How do I update my shipping address?
[More help with this question]PledgeManager allows you to update your shipping address until the project is locked for shipping. To update your address, login to PledgeManager and click on the project, and follow the prompts to unlock your order and/or change your address.

I completed the survey/order but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
[More help with this question]Most projects include rewards that have not yet been manufactured. PledgeManager assists projects with efficiently gathering the data required to make the correct number of reward components in the right sizes, colors and/or quantities. For more information about the delivery status of your order, please check the project's Kickstarter/Indiegogo page.

[More help with this question]Login to PledgeManager. From your my PledgeManager dashboard, you will be able to see what you ordered and where you have it being delivered for each project.

Can I get multiple copies of a reward?
[More help with this question]Reward limits are set individually for each project. If multiple copies of a reward are available, they will be listed as an item on the add-ons page.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey/order?
[More help with this question]The most common reasons that you didn't receive receive an invitation email is spam filtering and checking the wrong email account.
Please confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter/Indiegogo/etc account then check your spam / junk / promotions folders. You can also search for "pledgemanager".
To resend yourself the invite, visit the account recovery page and use the Forgot Password link and the email address associated with your Kickstarter/Indiegogo/etc account.

There is no place to enter my address?
[More help with this question]This project may not yet be ready to collect shipping fees. To protect your data and ensure we have the most current address when the creator is ready to begin fulfillment, PledgeManager is not yet collecting addresses for this project. When the creator is closer to fulfillment you will receive an email asking you to enter your shipping address and pay any associated shipping fees. Until then, simply confirm the products in your order.
